Our Strategic Partnerships & Special Projects division is responsible for initiating, structuring, and executing multi-stakeholder programs that transform food systems, unlock finance, and deepen agro-industrial value chains.

What We Do

1. Government & State-Level Engagements

• Co-developing inclusive agricultural transformation programs with state governments

• Designing subsidy, input delivery, and aggregation schemes

• Supporting climate-smart agriculture and food security mandates

• Policy advisory and technical implementation support

  • Bird repellent deployment across grain belts

  • Drone-enabled extension services

  • Traceability systems for export crops

  • Fertilizer subsidy schemes linked to field trials
